(AP) The state government's first report for the economic stimulus package says the federal program has created or saved the equivalent of more than 1,400 full-time jobs in South Dakota. Many went to construction workers, teachers and young people seeking summer jobs. SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) Officials in Sioux Falls say a species of mosquito that's new to the state has been discovered in city traps. The Asian bush mosquito bites during the day and tolerates cold weather better than others. Four of the adult mosquitoes turned up last month.
