New Town, N.D. (AP) Authorities are investigating the stabbing death of an 18-year-old from New Town.

FBI spokesman E.K. Wilson says Preston Young Bird was killed in a fight on the Fort Berthold reservation.

Wilson said FBI agents and tribal police were called to a home Thursday morning. He said Young Bird was taken to a Stanley hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Wilson said an investigation is under way and no arrests have been made. He said an autopsy was done. No other details have been released.
