Associated Press AP Photo VLM133 BERLIN (AP) German Chancellor Angela Merkel will meet President Barack Obama and address the U.S. Congress on Tuesday before ceremonies in Berlin marking the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Merkel's spokesman Christoph Steegmans said Friday the chancellor, who started her second term this week, will meet Obama for talks about trans-Atlantic and bilateral relations, as well as talks on climate policies and the economy. Merkel will also address the House and Senate. She is only the second German government leader to address Congress. Chancellor Konrad Adenauer spoke in 1957. In her speech to Congress, Merkel is expected to recall the events of 1989 that led to the collapse of communism and, ultimately, German reunification the next year.
