Rockfest planned near Sawyer

SAWYER, N.D. (AP) A summer rock concert is being planned near the small central North Dakota community of Sawyer.

The Thunder Mountain Rockfest is to be held next July at Rock Dakota Ranch, an 80-acre area just north of Sawyer that has more than 400 camp sites.

Promoter Corey Hanson says his goal is to have 5,000 rock fans per day at the three-day festival.
