News JLo's ex blocked from selling alleged sex movieNov 9 2009 4:13PM
Associated Press LOS ANGELES (AP) Jennifer Lopez has won a court order barring her first husband from making their sex life public at least for a day. Lopez sued Ojani Noa for $10 million, claiming he intends to make and sell a movie containing home video of the actress in sexual situations, including during their 1997 honeymoon. A Los Angeles judge on Monday barred Noa and his producer, Ed Meyer, from distributing the material until a Tuesday hearing on whether to extend the order. Noa says he'll fight the order. Lopez and Noa were married for 11 months. She claims he's violating a prior confidentiality agreement. In 2007, Lopez won $545,000 in another lawsuit that blocked Noa from publishing a ghostwritten tell-all book. (Copyright 2009 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.) APNP 11-09-09 1607CST |
