WHITEFISH, Mont. (AP) Athletes from Carroll College, Eastern Oregon and Montana Tech are the Frontier Conference Football players of the week. Carroll quarterback Gary Wagner, EOU linebacker Terrance Pharr and Tech punter Brian Nickel are being honored as the league handed out its final awards for the 2009 season.

WHITEFISH, Mont. (AP) Jasmine Stohr of Lewis-Clark State College has been named the Frontier Conference women's Basketball player of the week; Andy Garland of Carroll is the conference men's basketball player of the week; Dana Christiansen of Lewis-Clark State College is Frontier's Volleyball player of the week.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) Montana State-Billings forward Sam Charles has been named the Great Northwest Athletic Conference men's Soccer player of the year for the second time. The senior from Chiswell, England, was also honored in 2007. Charles set several school and conference records during his career, finishing with 69 goals, 18 assists and 156 points.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) Montana State-Billings outside hitter Devon Crotteau is the Great Northwest Athletic Conference volleyball player of the week for the second consecutive week. The senior from Casper, Wyo., had 32 kills, 25 digs and three blocks in leading the Yellowjackets to sweeps of Western Oregon and Alaska Fairbanks.
