Democrats now have the needed 60 votes to move the bill ahead. A roll call vote will be held at 8 p.m. Eastern time. SAN ANTONIO (AP) A military judge in Texas has found a former Air Force nurse accused of killing three terminally ill patients not guilty of murder. Capt. Michael Fontana was accused of administering excessive dosages of painkillers to speed the patients' deaths. CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) The space shuttle astronauts have completed their spacewalk outside the international space station. One of the two Atlantis astronauts, Randolph Bresnik, is still awaiting word on the impending birth of his daughter. NASA confirms that his wife has not yet given birth. WASHINGTON (AP) More Americans are expected to travel for Thanksgiving and most of them will be on the roads. The group says about 33.2 million people will travel by car this year, a 2.1 percent jump from 2008. Air travel is expected to be down 6.7 percent. RENO, Nev. (AP) Sheryl Crow is joining others in calling on the federal government to halt wild horse roundups in the West, branding them as inhumane and unnecessary.
