Associated Press OGDEN, Utah (AP) Kyle Bullinger scored 20 points, while Franklin Session added 10 points and 10 rebounds as Weber State defeated Montana State 75-62. MSU went on a 10-2 run late in the first half to take a 36-35 lead with Will Bynum hitting a pair of 3-pointers during the stretch. Missoula, Mont. (AP) Montana has named wide receivers coach Robin Pflugrad (flew-grad) as its new head Football coach. Pflugrad replaces Bobby Hauck, who was named the new head coach at UNLV after going 80-17 in seven seasons at Montana. Pflugrad says he hopes to have most of his staff in place within a week. BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) Brian Flotkoetter of Laurel says he has verbally committed to playing football at Montana State. The 6-foot-2, 170-pound receiver caught 31 passes for 536 yards and seven touchdowns and ran for two more scores out of Laurel's Wildcat formation. He also played strong safety, but Flotkoetter says MSU recruited him to play receiver. (Copyright 2010 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.) APNP 01-01-10 0330CST |
