Associated Press Ryan Flatten must spend ten days of his sentence in the State Penitentiary and the rest in jail. Flatten also must stay away from alcohol, and his driving will be restricted. If he successfully completes his four years of probation, his criminal record will be erased. Flatten was convicted of vehicular homicide after pleading no contest to the charge.
