As far as prices go there is some good news for us North Dakotans.

Our Auto Insurance is the cheapest in the nation.

It's the second year in a row we've had the lowest ranking.

Acting Insurance Commissioner, Rebecca Ternes says the ranking shows that North Dakota's auto insurance market is competitive.

The average a North Dakotan spends on auto insurance a year is $554.30 that's 33% lower than the national average.

Iowa and South Dakota also have some of the least expensive auto insurance.
