A 70 year old man charged with propositioning young girls pleads not guilty to the crime...

Dalles Spah is accused of soliciting girls ages ten and eleven.

Authorities say he approached the girls as they were on their way home from school.

There were two separate incidents both in the Northeast part of Bismarck.

During today's hearing Spah requested to be allowed to live at a campground in Riverdale.

Prosecutor Lloyd Suhr opposed it because of the potential Spah would be around kids.

Judge Gail Hagerty denied the request.
