This afternoon the National Weather Service has received several reports of Tornado's being spotted and touching down in Sioux County and one in Dunn County. And the RAIN It just keeps coming down... These are some sights we found during this afternoon's downpour...

Rain so heavy it's hard to see across the street and winshield wipers can't work fast enough to clear the view...

Water on Expressway is so high it's almost over the curb and watch this it looks like this car was trying to splash videographer Chris Hovden - but just so you know he missed him...It got so bad they had to close a portion of the road east of 9th street.

Water gushing out down spouts... Spitting out of man hole covers... and we think water blew off the man hole cover on this Boulevard at the corner of 8th and Bowen but it looks more like a miniture version of Old Faithful... watch the video | save this article / add to your favorites list
