Prescription Bus

Tightening budgets have you picking groceries over prescription drugs?

If this sounds familiar, there is help on the way.

The Partnership for Prescription Assistance bus is making stops in North Dakota all week.

You can bring your prescriptions to the bus and apply for nearly five hundred programs to help make your prescriptions more affordable.

(Kaelan Hollon/ Partnership for Prescription Assistance) "It is problem and that is why we tell people you dont need to do that you really dont need to make that choice... help is available. these programs have been around for several years and it is surprising to people whenever they have been making that choice unfortunately and then they find out a lot of these companies have made this commitment to people who cant afford health insurance that hey help is already out there."

The bus made stops in Bismarck and Dickinson today.

It will be in Williston and Minot tomorrow.

The rest of the week the bus will be in the eastern part of the state.
