Bismarck Police release information on four sex offenders moving into the community.

Raphael Byzewski Junior is now living at 309 South 12th Street.

In May of 1993 he was convicted of having sexual contact with a fourteen year old girl and forcing an adult female aquintance to engage in a sexual act with him.

Terry Dean Kautzman has recently moved to 615 North 5th Street Apartment number five.

Kautzman was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition and Terrorizing in 2006 in Oliver County.

He strangled and slammed a females head into a wall until she was unconscious and then raped her.

Michael Brian Kopp is now living at 501 West Memorial Highway Apartment seven in Bismarck.

He was convicted in March of 1998 of Gross Sexual Imposition.

Kopp was babysitting a young girl and and fondeled her. He was caught by the young girls mother.

Terry Lee Pribyl was recently released from prison and is now living at 700 South 12th Street Apartment 277 in Bismarck.

He was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in April 2000 in Ward County and corruption of a minor in Burleigh County in July 2006.

Pribyl fondled a young female on two occasions while she was sleeping to get the GSI Charge.

He was charged with corruption of a minor for having sex with a seventeen year old female on several occasions. watch the video | save this article / add to your favorites list
