The ceremony is this afternoon at the site north of Fort Berthold Community College. Congress has approved $17 million for the project. (AP) A woman is accused of showing a pornographic video out the window of her Grand Forks home near an elementary school. Police say Nicole Altendorf bit and kicked an officer who tried arrest her yesterday. The charges against her include simple assault. (AP) A state Board of Higher education committee looking into cost overruns of a new president's house at North Dakota State University has heard from the construction manager and other officials. The committee is recommending a state audit and wants to keep foundations from managing building projects. Bismarck, N.D. (AP) New finance filings show the campaign fund for Senator Byron Dorgan of North Dakota has grown to almost $4 million.
