Today one elevator didn't make it all the way to the top.

Sixteen Bismarck High School students were trapped in an elevator this morning at the UND Family Practice Center on Broadway.

The students were trying to leave the center after practicing for an upcoming Christmas concert.

(Courtney Kramer, BHS Student) "We were going up and then the bell rang and we thought ok the first few people can get off and then if just stopped and the door didn't open and we were all freaking out about it."


All of the students are fine, just a bit shook up.

The students were trapped about 30 to 45 minutes, but they say it felt like FOREVER... watch the video | save this article / add to your favorites list
