A 20 year old Bismarck man who's pleaded guilty to child porn is charged with having more illegal pictures.

Jesse Syverson is charged with possession of child porn

A Parole and Probabtion officer found pictures of naked kids on Syverson's laptop computer.

It was discovered during a pre-sentence investigation interview.

Syverson pleaded guilty to possession of illegal materials in October.
