Another athlete with Peace Garden State ties is also busy this summer and that's Ben Woodside, who has already seen action in the NBA's Summer League.

The former NDSU star is with the Timberwolves, and yesterday in Las Vegas, they faced the NBA D-League select team, which Will Frisby of the Dakota Wizards is apart of.

Woodside played 8-and-a-half minutes and tried to do the things we're used to seeing - distributing to teammates. He had one assist, no turnovers and one steal.
