Associated Press Bismarck, N.D. (AP) North Dakota's Supreme Court is considering whether the value of breast implant surgery should be considered as part of a divorce case. Attorney Christina Sambor argues that cosmetic surgery is expensive, and she says its value should be counted when a husband and wife divide up their assets in a divorce. BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) A Williston state district judge says he won't run for re-election next year. Gerald Rustad says he'll leave the bench when his current six-year term ends in December 2010. Rustad serves in the six-county Northwest District, which includes the cities of Minot and Williston. BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) A North Dakota veterans group and state Treasurer Kelly Schmidt are looking to Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem for clarification on the handling of money in the Veterans Post War Trust Fund. The Administrative Committee on Veterans Affairs wants to use $450,000 it considers a reserve fund for grants to help veterans with eyeglasses, hearing aids and dentures. WEST Fargo, N.D. (AP) A 65-year-old Minnesota man is accused of luring a 14-year-old North Dakota girl over the Internet, then meeting her in person this fall and having sex with her.
