North Dakota officials reopen last section of I29Dec 27 2009 10:44AM
Associated Press Bismarck, N.D. (AP) The rest of Interstate 29 in North Dakota has reopened, and state officials have lifted its no-travel advisory. The section of I-29 between Fargo and Grand Forks was opened on Sunday morning. The rest of the interstate, along with I-91, had been reopened on Saturday. The no-travel advisory that had been effect during the holiday storm was lifted Sunday morning, but a travel alert is still in effect for Grand Fork, Fargo, Wahpeton and surrounding areas.
