Late night fire destroys grain elevator in LaMoure County

(Mike Tanner, WDAY, Fargo) UNDATED (AP) A late night fire has destroyed a grain elevator in LaMoure County town of Berlin.

It's a town of fewer than 50 people, just off state Highway 13, between LaMoure and Edgeley.

LaMoure County Sheriff Bob Fernandes says there's no word on how the fire started. No injuries are reported, Fernandes says firefighters were called just before midnight, but they had no chance to save the elevator.
