PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) Danny Granger poured in 23 points as the Indiana Pacers held off the Portland Trail Blazers 95-89.

Mike Dunleavy added 20 points and 11 rebounds as the Pacers won for the second straight night.

Indiana was missing Jermaine O'Neal, who is day to day with a sore left knee. The Pacers have won four of five without him.

Travis Outlaw had a team-high 26 points for the Blazers, who have dropped seven of their last eight.
