KXMCTV Minot Minot Police officers said on July 20th, the 19-year-old Connor Crowdus was driving drunk when his cycle rear-ended a Jeep, thorwing him and his passenger,18-year-old Victor Mercado of Texas from the bike. Mercado was killed in the accident and Crowdus was hospitalized. Crowdus faces a sentence of between one year in jail and six years in prison for his guilty plea to the Class C Felony. He will be sentenced on January 26th.
