I have been looking for information on the singer Wade Montgomery. While searching the internet, I noticed Fossil mentioned he knew him in a forum on this website. I really enjoyed his album Rustler's Moon and would like to know if he has any other albums. |

Yes Wade has another CD out,he made it with his son,before he and his mother died in a car wreck.(Wades son"Tucker" and his wife)...........Wade went off the deep end after that,quit Nashville and now lives in Grass Range,Montana. He has a cell phone,but never answers it,no land phone,no post office address,just general delivery............He hangs with some friends of mine and my brother Kay in Roundup,Montana....He plays for his friends and a few choice people.He still writes music...Health issues are his pryority now with shoulder and spine problems........Wade doesn't care about money,Nashville or all the big lights anymore......He lives in the mountains by himself and his guitar and music...I can get you a copy of his stuff or you can do it yourself by writing to him by general delivery in Montana..........I dare not give his PH# out,because of his privacy....All his CD's are $20.00.......I'll be seeing him this summer or if not,can leave him a message with my brother,that North Dakota has some fans that would like to hear from him....He has no computer(he is old school)..............Try writing him first and than go from there...................Hope this helps you out.....

Thank you for the information. I am living in Wisconsin now but grew up in Montana. When I googled Wade I found your post on this website. Someone I met here in WI learned I was from Montana and asked me if I'd heard of Wade Montgomery and let me listen to his CD. I have family in Montana and my son worked in Miles City last summer. He really enjoyed the CD also. I will write to Wade and hopefully will be able to get a CD. His music really touched my family and certainly made me miss Montana even more. Thank you again for replying.

This one is for Fossil. I've been looking for wade mongomery music. Sent $20 in the mail a few months ago, it didn't work. Do you have any other ideas about how to get some of his music? Thanks.

We are headed to Montana in a month or so,I might be seeing him,if not my brother Kay will.........He can ask him if I can sell some of his CD's for him,in ND......I know after my friends Tracy's death,Wade will be writing a song about it,(they were great friends too) so I see another CD coming out in a year or so.......Also if nothing else I'll send you my Addy and get yours and rip and burn you his two cd's.........

I too have been looking for information on Wade Montgomery, He was engaged to a friend of mine. (After he lost his first wife & before his son's accident). We would also like to find some his music.

I am also looking for copies of Under the Rustler's Moon. My only brother and sibling was killed in an auto accident on the 19th of August. I had not had any contact with him in four years and parents had no contact in 2 years. We heard that his favorite CD was this one and that "Cowboy" was playing at the time of his death. He was a cowboy in every way and the cowboys that came upon the accident immediately after it happened heard that song playing. I would really like to get one or two copies so that we have it as a memory of him. Is there any way that someone might be able to help me out with this. I will gladly pay $20/cd if that is still the amount or what ever the amount is. Thanks for any help. -Niki

Wanted to add to my previous post that my parents and I now live in Montana. I am in Missoula and my parents in Seeley. We are having a memorial service for my brother on the 19th of September and would like to be able to play this music. Again thanks for any help. -Niki

Wade lives around the "Three Forks" area,just moved there last spring-see if u can find him...............Asking around at the local pubs,etc,etc............I can send u the song "cowboy",its the 1st song on his sountrack............Email me @ fossilman011955@yahoo.com
