It's my prediction that BALA wins, Stenejhem / Wriggley lose.
Frivalose my ass!
Lets recap the past years, Susan Bala (RSI) ran a very successful ND Business, This business was making possiable for ranchers to raise race horses here in ND.
Then the horse racing ranchers thought, lets take her business for ourselves. They made up lies, took her constutional rights away, put her and her company that had paid 26 million in NEW taxes for ND, in bankruptcy. They made sure she couldn't defend her self, controlled the press, when all the time their evidence was crap.
They put her in Federal Prison for 18 months, until her case was over turned by the 8-Circut Court. They called it Unfounded Laws, what in the world are THEY THINKING IN ND, This is like the "Keystone Cops".
It's now time to pay-up boys!
Then the 2-guys that pleaded guilty get exspunged felonys, and they don't release her's Over turned conviction. Once again this is ND? Makes you wonder who's on first? Is this a Good Old Boy State? What laws do we follow in ND?
My point is, ND would be richer, ranchers raising race horses, and horse racing at that new Racing park in Fargo. RSI would still be in business and following the LAWS, like always... Susan Bala, Has always followed the laws, all of them! She was screwed over by Stenejhem & Wriggle.

Now they have to go to court and defend their actions! Like I said frivolous my ass. Now he thinks he can't be prosecuted, Guess what... The laws Include them too!
As much as RSI and Susan Bala has gone though the past 8 years, at the hands of Wayne and Drew, I hope they do time!
