Anyone From the Goodrich Area?
Posted On: Sep 2 2009 2:08PM

I am looking at a couple of house's in the Tuttle, Goodrich, McClusky, Wing, Pettibone, Harvey, Hurdsfield areas... The house I really like is in Goodrich, I am wondering what life is like there or in those areas. Like grocery stores (where are they) Schools (the quality) and so on.

What about grocery stores and what not?

Been to Harvey a few times, grocery store on Hwy 52 and another on Main street.  The high school football team make it to playoffs alot, don't know much more then that about the schools. They have a tactor sluppy store on 52 also and more small stores on Main street. Seems like a nice town, even has a lumber yard.

Harvey I know some about I am more interested in the Goodrich, McClusky, Tuttle, Goodrich, Hurdsfield, areas. Do I have to drive to Harvey, Steele, or Carrington to get groceries? I guess I may need just to go drive around the area to find out... I am familar with the area, as my sisters in laws live in the area.

Well this place is cheap enough to pay in cash for. I am also going to go look at and inspect long before I actually sign the dotted line.

The ones paying too much are normaly from out of state, then they only stay in them for 2 weeks a year. They don't do a thing for the local town to support it year round. We see that all the time in our town. The city charges them to cut their grass and then they complain that it cost to much. Well I would like to talk to them and say duh dumb a$$, what would you pay in the state you live in to have it done. So maybe that house and taxes aren't that cheap, so move here or shut the heck up.
