Sorry some how I managed to ruin that thread...

This play was funny and weird that happened to the Raiders as well this year.

Sports Videos, News, Blogs

Look at the 30 second mark and watch the play where to recievers run into each other.

Nice catch while being cut by your teammate!!!

But there is something a little different about 2 guys going for the ball as oppposed to 2 guys knocking each other down 5 yards from the line of scrimmage while running routes.

I caught the end of the GB/Minnesota game yesterday.  Though it ended up not hurting the Vikings, that roughing the QB call on GB's last (or 2nd to last) drive was complete horsepucky.

I forgot to comment, last week, about this play........

comment: devastating....on a linebacker, no less!

I thought it would have been a homerun.......and I hate A-Roid.

My daughters lame computer kept stopping.... What was I supposed to be seeing in the 53 second video?   All I saw was a guy in white knocking down, jumping over a steeler?   Was that it?

And yes, I agree it was a homerun.

GO Vikes, Love it.

Actually that is William Gay and he is a cornerback but still what a great hit by a running back! You ever seen the hit AD put on Al Harris?

Ray Edwards' roughing the passer penalty was laughable especially when you watch the replay the RT had his hand way out side the pads and holding him. On top of that even the holding penalty was going on that was with in 3 steps so it was a legit hit. There were a lot of no calls in the game from face masking of Bernard on the touchdown pass, to Ray Edwards picking someone up and slamming them to the ground. To all sorts of holding on both sides.

Defenesive backs are scared physically of Adrian. This clip is a good 2008 highlight package that showcases AD and Paul Allen the best play caller in the game.

I just hope he stays healthy. Enjoy it while you have him the way his is right now. One of the great downhill runners of any generation.

Bob Sanders is out for the year. If this guy could just stay healthy he would be the best safety in the league bar none. The Colt defense also would be a championship quality defense too. I fully expect the Colts now to be exposed by a power running team.

What happened to Bob Sanders.....I thought they just got him back!?!

And I completely agree with your assessment.

I feel the same way about the Saints too. If you keep the ball of the hands out Peyton Manning and Drew Brees you win.

Bob Sanders did just come back, he tore his biceps tendon. I am not sure why he is electing to have the surgery now. Favre tore his last year and played the rest of the year, and he had to throw the ball. Also a biceps tendon tear is something you don't need to have repair either. However I guess it let go from the elbow and not the shoulder like Favre had. So maybe that is the difference.

So I am watching some Carolina Panthers' games and one thing sticks out to me. Why aren't they running the ball more? Jake Delhomme is obviously not right. Either he has hit the end of his career or he is injured. His arm is nowhere near where it was even last year.

Whats your feeling on Chris Chambers? He really didn't have much of stint out there did he.

Green Bay's Johnny Jolly, Ak Harris, BJ Raji fined $5,000 each by NFL
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS (CP) – 3 hours ago
NEW YORK — Green Bay Packers Johnny Jolly, Al Harris and rookie B.J. Raji have been fined US$5,000 each by the NFL for actions in last Sunday's loss to Minnesota.
Defensive tackle Jolly was fined on Friday for unnecessary roughness for head-butting Minnesota running back Chester Taylor.
Cornerback Harris was fined for unnecessary roughness for grabbing a helmet-opening to make a tackle, and DT Raji was fined for a major facemask violation.

This is from the Vikings and Packers game. No Vikings players were fined, so even playing dirty the Packers can't be the Vikings, ahahahaha.

Seriously tho the maturity of the teams have shown through. Packers have a lot of talent, but are very young.
