Firstly I think Fedor copped out from fighting Lesnar. Brett Rogers who is Minnesota kid too, is likely going to lose this match. Just because of his inexperience. Anyone else going to watch this? What are you thoughts on Fedor? in case you are wonder Fedor's record is 30-1 and 1 no contest. His only loss was in 2000. The no contest was due to an accidental cut over his eye which made him medically unable to fight.

I don't follow MMA too closely, but I do know who Lesnar is and I do know who Fedor is. And just my gut feeling is that Fedor would win because of superior skills. Lesnar is a beast though.

I like Fedor to win the upcoming fight.

Shoppe said she was leaving for a little bit on the Fort Hood thread.

Anyways I like MMA and that and Nascar fill my time during the football offseason. I am no expert in MMA but I do have some decent knowledge. Brett Rodgers could knock out Fedor, but I bet this ends up in a submission. Specifically a leg or ankle submission.

From now until the end of March/early April......college basketball. I think it has become my favorite sports season. Used to baseball, used to be football......but now, I think this is the time I like best.

But with recruiting scandals becoming more and more prevalent, something tells me that college basketball's primacy in my soul will be short lived.

After watching this fight a number of times, and listening to "expert" commentary. I believe Fedor was exposed and big time at that. He showed the a bigger, stronger man on top, can over come his ground technique, and you can hurt and knock out Fedor.

Fedor will be out at least 6 months from injuries sustain from Brett Rodgers. Rogers who was now where near the level of talent that should be fight Fedor, almost put him out in the first round. So I fully expect Strikforce and UFC fans to start calling for a Fedor vs Lesnar fight and soon!
