The Mandan City Commission votes to transfer ownership of the Mandan Community Center for one dollar.

The new owners of the building would be the Mandan Parks District.

Mandan mayor Tim Helbling says the Park District has done a good job of maintaining the building.

He says it makes sense to have the park district take over the operation of the building.

The transfer still needs to be approved by the Mandan Park Board and the Mandan School Board. watch the video | save this article / add to your favorites list
