MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - The Minnesota Twins have designated right-hander Matt Guerrier for assignment and will recall right-hander Ryan Pressly from Triple-A Rochester to take his place in the bullpen. The Twins have 10 days to trade or place Guerrier on unconditional waivers. Minnesota can release him if he clears waivers.
