Bismarck, ND -

The Great American Steak Buffet in Bismarck has closed. The company has auctioned off all of its kitchen gadgets to make way for the building's new owners.

The owner of Schlotzsky's Deli has purchased this building just off State Street in Bismarck. Owner, Bill Shalhoob plans to move Schlotzsky's from its current space to this new space next summer. The move isn't the only news Shalhoob has to share. He's opening two other businesses inside this space.

"Actually what we are going to convert it into is a tri-store. We are going to have Schlotzsky's, Cinnabon Express and a Carvel Express. So, it will be three stores all located at that building," said Bill Shalhoob.

Shalhoob plans to add a drive-thru. The three restaurants will open in June.

The Courtyard at the Blarney Stone is expected to open any day now. Co-owner Jim Poolman says the new space actually features three separate areas. The back has several secluded booths. The middle section includes a fireplace and tables for people to eat at. The front space, which is still under construction, will be an indoor outdoor bar.

"We wanted to create something like we did with the original Blarney Stone. On this side, we wanted to create something completely different and give people really a taste of something different downtown and a taste of something different in Bismarck," said owner Jim Poolman.

Construction on Complete Nutrition is underway in the Pinehurst Square area. Complete Nutrition is an upscale nutritional supplement retail store. There are currently 120 franchises in over 30 states. Complete Nutrition stores have certified personal trainers and other fitness professionals on staff to help develop personalized nutrition programs.

Papa Murphy's Pizza reopens in south Bismarck. The restaurant had closed a couple of months ago, after the building it was in, sold. The restaurant sits just down the street from the old space.
