The HuHot Mongolian Grill opens Friday in Bismarck. People were lining up at the HuHot Mongolian Grill before the doors even opened Friday. The HuHot Mongolian Grill gives customers free reign when it comes to making meals. Guests pick their own meat, noodles, vegetables and sauce. Three minutes later the meal is ready.

"We opened our location in Fargo about 7.5 years ago and a couple of years after that we were looking at where we could go next. At that time, Bismarck was just a little on the small side for us. So, we decided and have been kind of watching the community and what we've seen in the last few years has kind of tipped us over to say 'Let's come to Bismarck' and we think it's a great community to come to. We are happy to be here," said Bryon Itterman.

The restaurant is sit down only. The HuHot Mongolian Grill is located just off 3rd Street in Bismarck.

The Dickinson Hollywood Theater is open for business. Owner Jerry Mayer says he wanted a more relaxed, home-style theater. Instead of seats, there are couches and tables. Movies are shown on a 14.5 ft screen. Every two weeks, Mayer shows a different movie that's on either DVD or BlueRay. Once a month, the theater offers dinner and a movie. U-Name it T-Shirts N Gifts opens inside the Kirkwood Mall just in time for the holidays. Owner Michelle Buee and her husband purchased the business, which was once All Pro Sportswear. They changed the name and moved the business about a month ago. U-Name it T-Shirts N Gifts offers photo sublimation, screen printing and embroidery. They take both individuals and corporate orders. U-Name it T-Shirts N Gifts has over 500 different prints. The store is open during mall hours.
