This month's On The Run criminal... A man who is wanted after getting a big break in his sentence...

Howard Myers pleaded guilty last December to possession of ecstasy, morphine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and DUI.

The judge gave Myers a chance... no jail time... and the charges erased from his record... IF he stayed out of trouble.

But that wasn't the case... Burleigh County authorities have been looking for Myers since August.

Sgt. Mike MacDonald: "In meantime while out on probation he racked up new charges, which is a violation of his probation and failed to maintain contact with probation officer and failed to follow through with treatment."

Authorities say they believe Myers is in the Bismarck area. If you have any information on where he may be contact the Sheriffs Department at 222-6651.

Now an update to a previous On The Run case.

Marcus Touchstone was arrested in Springfield Oregon Tuesday.

He was wanted for beating his girlfriend and another man.
