People across the country will run in stride in honor of Montana Teacher Sherry Arnold. On February 11th thousands of people will hit the streets running in honor Arnold, who disappeared in early January
43-year-old Sherry Arnold of Sidney Montana is still missing. Arnold was last seen at 6:30 Saturday morning while running on a path she routinely jogs. More than 200 people participated in a search Saturday. A shoe believed to be Arnold's was found. Assistant Police Chief Bob Burnison says authorities had to turn away hundreds of volunteers who wanted to help search on Sunday. National Guard troops, a helicopter, several airplanes and three dog teams also were involved. Arnold has taught math in Sidney for 18 years at Sidney High School. The facility became the meeting grounds for search parties over the weekend. Sidney Public Schools will operate as normal this week and the search party head quarters will be relocated to the Richland County Fairgrounds Event Center.
