Bismarck, ND -

The Bismarck Bobcats continue to roll.
If you haven't see the Bobcats play yet, you're missing out.

Tia Streeter-KX Sports: They're the only team in the NAHL to have clinched a playoff berth. But there's still plenty of business for the Bobcats to attend to.

Layne Sedevie-Bobcats Head Coach:that's definitely one of our goals, objectives was to play in the post season, it's a little bit of a relief to get that playoff spot, the biggest thing is we obviously want home ice advantage and that best record is what we're going for.

Daniel Zawacki-Bobcats F: The season goes by a lot quicker and it's a lot more fun when you're winning and we've got 30 wins right now and it's a good time all around it's a good mood in the locker room everyone's having a good time and if we keep this going we can set records and it's a good time.

Tia Streeter-KX Sports: Only two teams in the league have hit 30 wins, the Bobcats are one of them. However the Cats reached 30 wins 4 games faster than Amarillo. The Cats definitely hold their future in their own hands.

Layne Sedevie-Bobcats Head CoachPretty special I think the thing is we've had success and with our guys we've handled it very well and it's in the past now and that's the thing about sports we gotta keep striving to get better and keep doing things to get better and once it comes April, May we want to be playing our best hockey.

Tia Streeter-KX Sports: If you've been to a Bobcats game, you've certainly heard the name, Danny Zawacki. As a second year player, he's second in points, and Head Coach Layne Sedevie describes him as a true Bobcat.

Layne Sedevie-Head Coach: plays the game the right way. He's one of our most physical guys and he brings things to the team, his skill is really irreplaceable his hands are so good he's starting to score goals which is nice he didn't have that confidence last year he was more of a play maker which he is he sees the ice but it's nice to see him rewarded for his hard work as well.

And last week's chuck a puck fundraiser for Jack Jablonsky a Minnesota high school player who was paralyzed in late December exceeded expectations.
The Bobcats hoped to raise twelve hundred dollars for Jablonsky.
The Bobcats and their fans raised fifteen hundred dollars for the family.
The Bobcats have home and away series this weekend with Aberdeen Friday night at home, and Alexandria Saturday night on the road.
