A Gateway Mall maintenance worker is accused of selling drugs out of the business.
John Miller has been charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school.
According to an affidavit, authorities had received information Miller was using and selling drugs at Gateway Mall and that he was stashing it in a conference room file cabinet.
Court records say authorities found 20 grams of marijuana and other items affiliated to using and packaging marijuana in a locked drawer of that file cabinet.
Miller told authorities he was using but not selling the drugs.
Miller has two prior delivery convictions from 1982 and 1988.
Because the mall is near Century High School the crime carries a higher penalty.
