A Mandan woman pleads not guilty to having sex with a child for a year and a half.
34 year old Jenelle Chase is charged with Continuous Sex Abuse of a Child, a AA felony.
The crime happened from August of 2009 to March of 2011.
According to court records, Chase had sex numerous times with the boy when he was 12 and 13 years old.
The boy was staying with Chase at the time.
He told authorities he was sexually assaulted every day.
Chase has a prior conviction of child neglect.
According to court records Chase's kids called 911 after she turned blue and was not responding.
Officers found drug paraphernalia near the three kids, trash all over the floor and no food in the home.
Chase was given a deferred sentence and is on supervised probation for that crime.
