What is being called a much-needed expansion is headed to the Lake Sakakawea area and New Town.  4 Bears Casino and Lodge is getting ready to kick-off an expansion project that will add 122 rooms to their on-site hotel.  100 standard rooms -- 20 suites -- and 2 large executive suites with walk-out balconies will be constructed starting this spring.  Also as a part of the project, another restaurant will be added...and the existing restaurant will be getting a make-over.

A business that is truly on the move -- remains so...but has grown.  The Wife's Kitchen has been a staple at the North Dakota State Fair for years...and this last year following the flood, we found Lesli Getzlaff helping out flood recovery workers providing meals...Lesli has upgraded her moving facility recently to this -- a big, shiny new kitchen on wheels..

(Lesli Getzlaff - The Wife's Kitchen) "Our old trailer we did just in the summertime and now this a full time job for me..."

And her plan now is to help those other full time folk who battle each and every day for lunch in the congested city...  This day it was North Hill at ING...but she splits her time north and south...

(Lesli Getzlaff - The Wife's Kitchen) "The few places they do have up on North Hill are so packed at lunchtime they are thankful they have a place to go where they can run to and grab something and get back to work.  A lot only have a half hour to go and get their lunch."

The Wife's Kitchen offers not only lunch but breakfast as well...
