Sisters-in-law make fashion a family affair in Mandan . And a boutique opens in Bismarck offering some one-on-one fashion advice.

 Tucked back on the 900th block of Second Street NW in Mandan Brea Boutique is bringing city trends west. "We want to bring trendy clothes at an affordable price there are just so many fun things out there right now cut outs, zippers, fun colors." 

Co-Owner Eve Kostelecky-Albrecht and her sister-in-law Cassia Albrecht opened the boutique together.

Cassia is also the founder of Baby Mod Boutique- a clothing and accessories line for baby's and toddlers.

The sisters says the Boutique is all about getting the trend you want at the right price.

"Right away when you here boutique you think expensive so when you come in here and see the prices and its actually in there price range they get really excited because you can have fun little pieces and afford it." says Albrecht 

The Boutique is open Thursdays 11-7 and Saturdays 10-4.

There will also be a grand opening Thursday May 17 through the 19th with extended hours and deals.

"Bismarck has great shopping but I think there is a niche for missing for the woman in there 30 through 70." says Jan Warren 

Mainstream Boutique opened two weeks ago in Bismarck on south Washington street.

Owner Jan Warren says she wants fashion to be easy for woman of all ages and sizes.

"There are some women that want to come in and hear what is going to look good on me and what is going to be the most flattering for my body type and gabby and I really like doing helping the women find something that they say hey I really like this I like the way I look in this." says Warren 

Mainstream is open Tuesdays through Saturdays and for after hour parties for groups looking to shop together.

Silicon Plains is moving to a new location on Main Street. The company is expanding in the old McDonalds next to Tire Mart and added two new positions.
