Man Arrested in Connection with Two Weekend Assaults

A 25-year-old Bismarck man has been arrested in connection to two assaults over the weekend.

The man was arrested while walking on south 3rd Street this afternoon on two counts of disorderly conduct.

Police say the man was in possession of meth paraphernalia and was also arrested for that.

The man had been wanted for groping a woman at Herberger's Sunday, then attempting to lift her skirt and put his hand down her pants.

The same day another woman reported while shopping at Target a man had made a comment about her body and slapped her buttocks.

The man has been taken to the Burleigh County jail.
