The Stark County Sheriffs Department is looking for a man they have been on the look out for before...

28 year old Jose Garza, Jr. is wanted for burglary, theft of property and criminal trespass.

Court documents say Garza broke into a business and stole a gun and on a different occasion broke into a garage in Gladstone.

The incidents happened in January and February 2011.

In addition Garza was charged and has been sentenced for assaulting his girlfriend and escaping from deputies last year.

Authorities say they believe Garza is in the area, his last known address is in Gladstone.
