This is NorthHill Center...or will be at least.  Connected to the new Marketplace Foods that will be built on northhill it will offer apartment living...and plenty of new retail options as well.  Very little is known about this site yet...but more should be learned early next month when developers are in Minot.  We'll have more then...but I wanted to share this artwork with you...

In the valley, a business is back after the flood.  Kelly Chiropractic was in a spot hard hit by the Mouse River last June.  Close to Oak Park and Arrowhead, water nearly reached up to the ceiling of the practice.  Now, after lots of hard work to get the building back...they are back...and better than ever.

(Mike Kelly, Jr. - Kelly Chiropractic) "It has been about 11 months with the first evacuation on June 1st which I guess is a year ago -- we were practicing out of another facility for 11 months.  We got back here last Monday and it has been very nice to be back."

Of course it was the proper time to make some improvements...which they did.

(Mike Kelly, Jr. - Kelly Chiropractic) "We made some changes, new lights, speakers, and the biggest change would be the front reception area with more room and storage.

You'll find Kelly Chiropractic at 1415 2nd Avenue SW.

Finally, a closing to report -- Big Apple Bagels in south Minot has shut its doors.  The reason?  Staffing became so tough that closing was the only option...

With Business Beat, I'm Perry Olson.
