We told you last week about the plans for the new MarketPlace foods on North Hill...now more details are coming out about businesses that will soon call this piece of land home.  Developer Ron Braasch has confirmed that a new Trinity Health clinic will take over one of four outlets being developed on the property...with First Western Bank of Minot claiming another.  They are the first of dozens of new businesses set to open at North Hill Center as it is called.  Work starts soon on the supermarket...

(Ron Braasch - Developer) "We will be starting the major front end of the project in about four or three weeks for the first 77 thousand square feet."

Braasch says later this year another major part of North Hill Center will take shape...construction for many new businesses...and...

(Ron Braasch - Developer) "Above that retail will be 90 apartments and that project will start in October and it should be open and ready first of August or middle of July."

Braasch is based out of Rochester, Minnesota.

Downtown Minot has a new business -- Dakota Discount Cabinets, Flooring & More.  Pat Nikitenko opened up at 213 South Main Street about two weeks ago and has a full showroom with plenty of examples making finding what you are looking for nice and easy...And that is the goal...get the customer exactly what is wanted...with good service to boot!

(Pat Nikitenko - Dakota Discount Cabinets, Flooring, & More) "We have a full design center so when a client comes in, new construction or rebuilding, we do the layout and show exactly what the cabinets will look like."

The order is placed...and three weeks later they are ready for install.  Check them out downtown on Main.  With Business Beat, I'm Perry Olson.
