Cramer Claims Republican Candidacy

Posted: Updated:

During yesterday's primary it was a close race between Brian Kalk and Kevin Cramer.

Cramer came out on top by nine percent in the race for the Republican candidacy for the November House election. He held a primary party at his home in north Bismarck.

With supporters on hand to celebrate his victory moving forward, Cramer says there is still work to be done. He says that he is excited for what is to come.

(Kevin Cramer/Republican Candidate for the House) "I'm glad to have the full support of the Republican party while I sought a different route I sought the same destination that destination to be the republican's candidate in the fall and I'm proud to have that."

Cramer will battle Pam Gulleson for the vacant House seat.
