Hope Village Volunteers Get Donations

Posted: Updated:

Last years flood has led to a chain of help and good deeds.

Hope Village has been helping those in need for months, and now a local business man and his family are giving back to the volunteers.
Tyler Beaulieu started his business First Choice Energy Services one year ago and his business has flourished since then.
And after being flooded out himself, Tyler and his family decided what better way to help and give back than to provide water bottles for all the volunteers.
They donated 1500 bottles to Hope Village, saving the organization about 3-thousand-dollars per month, as well as a little thank you to each and every volunteer.

(Tyler Beaulieu - Owner First Choice Energy Services) "We really wanted to do something to give back and we got this opportunity and I think this was an amazing opportunity. Sometimes even when you want to give back what can you do? This was perfect, something we really wanted to do."

Hope Village volunteers are currently working on 30 flooded homes and as of June 12th, there are 74 homes ready for volunteers.
You can look them up at www.hopevillagend.org.
