The summer solstice may have a lot of people staying up late Wednesday night, because it's the longest day of the year, and then the days start getting shorter.
But some are celebrating the solstice by doing yoga.
People at Yoga For You celebrated this evening by doing 108 sun salutations, and there's a good reason behind the number.
"The 108 is an auspicious number, meaning good fortune, good luck and so we're doing 108 cumulative sun salutations and a sun salutation is a sequence of yoga poses," Brenda Stone, Owner of Yoga For You said.
