Minot Police Department officers: John Klug, Justin Dump and David Chapman were promoted today in recognized for their service to the community. With the department since 1995, John Klug has been promoted to the rank of Captain and assigned as Administrative Commander. Justin Dump has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Dump joined the Minot PD in 2000 and currently serves as the Commander of the Minot Police Department SWAT team.
