13-Year-Old Boy Cited for Gross Sexual Imposition

A 13 year old Bismarck boy is cited with Gross Sexual Imposition for having sexual contact with a six-year-old girl.

Police say an employee at a kids therapy center reported it to authorities.

The incidents have happened sometime between April and July.

The boy has been placed at the Youth Correctional Center in Mandan.
