Accident Near South Heart Damages Overpass

A bizarre accident in oil country west of Dickinson last night.

The Highway Patrol says a truck hauling a 500 barrel saltwater tank struck this overpass around 4:30 mountain time.

Sgt. Chris Messer says it pulled the tank of the semi trailer. He says the DOT estimated 50-thousand dollars in damage was done to the overpass.

The driver works for Mann Enterprises has been cited for not having a permit. No one was injured.

The overpass remains open to traffic.
