Bismarck Man Faces Second Sex Charge with Teen in a Week

A Bismarck man who was charged last week with luring a 13 year old girl over the computer is charged today with having sex with a 14 year old.

20 year old Travis Ohlhauser is charged with Gross Sexual Imposition a class A felony.

A warrant has been issued for Ohlhauser's arrest, he's been out on bond.

According to the criminal complaint, Ohlhauser met a 14 year old girl on Facebook, then arranged to pick her up.

The incident happened March 18th.

Court documents say Ohlhauser had sex with the girl at a Bismarck apartment.

Authorities say the two crimes Ohlhauser is charged with are unrelated.

In both cases, he met the girls on Facebook.

Officials say some areas on the road near Jamestown were 10 to 14 inches deep. It may be hard to tell but this is actually interstate. Drivers were down to about five miles an hour just west of Jamestown
Two westbound semi trailers were swept off the road and had to be pulled out early Sunday, and some eastbound vehicles were stranded until the water receded enough to let them proceed.
